These Terms of Service govern your use of LearnSkill, a corporate learning management platform operated by ProcessGate.

Service description

LearnSkill provides a web-based platform for creating, managing, and delivering corporate training courses. The service includes course creation tools, user management, progress tracking, and analytics.

Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Organization owners are responsible for managing member access and roles within their organization.

Billing and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed per seat on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to LearnSkill. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and deliver your content to authorized members of your organization.

Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
